Only authorized users assigned by the hospital or organization may access the system. Users may include admins, receptionists, doctors, department staff, pharmacy staff, display users, and other permitted roles. Authorized users must manage tokens, departments, and patient data according to hospital policy and assigned roles.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed through a user account may be treated as activity by that user or organization. You must notify the system administrator or support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The hospital or organization using the system is responsible for entering accurate patient and staff information, configuring departments, rooms, counters, doctors, shifts, and displays correctly, managing user access and permissions, complying with applicable healthcare and privacy laws, training staff to use the system properly, and verifying reports and operational data before decision-making.

The system is designed to support organized queue management. Token numbers, queue order, department transfers, and status updates depend on hospital configuration and staff actions. The system helps manage queues but does not replace hospital judgment, emergency protocols, clinical priority, or staff decision-making.

Token Management System is an operational and queue management platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or clinical decision-making. Doctors and healthcare professionals remain fully responsible for patient care and medical decisions.

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or downtime-free operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, hosting issues, device issues, browser issues, power failure, third-party services, or other technical conditions.

Implementation, customization, training, hosting, support, and integration terms may vary based on the selected plan, agreement, or proposal. Any custom feature request may require additional time, cost, and approval.

If the system is provided under a paid plan or implementation agreement, fees must be paid as agreed in the invoice, proposal, or subscription plan. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of service.

Users must not share login credentials with unauthorized persons, attempt to access unauthorized data or modules, misuse patient or hospital data, reverse engineer, copy, or resell the system without permission, upload harmful code or malicious content, use the system for illegal activities, or disrupt system performance or security.

All software, design, content, workflow, branding, documentation, and system features belong to Token Management System or its respective owners, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Users receive only a limited right to use the system as per their agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token Management System shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from system use, downtime, configuration errors, incorrect data entry, or third-party service failure.

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, payment is overdue, unauthorized access or misuse is detected, a security risk is identified, the service agreement ends, or required legal or compliance conditions are not met.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the system after updates means you accept the revised terms.
